What is your shipping process?
Orders are generally shipped within one business day, though in some cases, it may take up to two.
Free shipping within the US is provided via USPS Ground Advantage. An alternative method, such as Priority, may be selected, but a fee will incur.
Delivery times for US shipments may extend up to ten days, depending on the carrier and external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, etc.
International shipments typically require up to one month for delivery, depending on the destination.
What is your packing process?
All items are carefully, thoughtfully, and securely packaged. For sustainability purposes, reuse of boxes may occur.
What is your return policy?
Typically, returns are accepted up to fourteen days after the delivery date. Please reference the item's listing for the specified return timeframe.
Returned items must be in their original condition. Should the item not be, a portion of the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return service fee up to 10% may be deducted from the refund to cover any lost fees, materials, etc.
Do you provide discounts or accept offers?
Yes! Qualifying discounts will auto-apply at checkout, but reasonable offers are still welcomed.
Unreasonable offers, such as 40% below the listing price, will be denied.
